When you put two characters from different series against each other it depends how strong they are, the history of their own series, and will that character try to finish the fight as quickly as possible or will they waste time giving the other character a opportunity to win

I found this pretty powerful series from a game called "Epic Seven" according to vs battle wiki (Which I don't believe for second but I do find it interesting) there are alot of solar system to low multiversal entities in this verse according to them. So I thought of mentioning it. Epic Seven might be pretty strong.
Should Divine Sinbad be considered only universal at best because I seen some very bad wanks on that character before.
