The distance between your drone hubs is too large. If their areas do not overlap, they stop working, because they will not be maintained. You did not encounter this problem so far, because the rockets take over the drones, when the hub is malfunctioned and repair it, but the new drone hub does not have any rockets around.
You should have prioritized meteor defense mechanism. GL surviving the onslaught.
