23:34 You can't trade units to the convoy unfortunately so there goes my idea of transferring them to the convoy. You can however, transfer heroes to the convoy. Just make sure to park your heroes next to Zharr-Naggrund, the place where all the convoy started and make sure those heroes have enough movement to join the convoy. You may not have artillery, but you can have Daemonsmith for magic support or Infernal Castellan who can restock ammo for the blunderbuss/artillery in your convoy. Ideally, you want the heroes to be high-leveled because convoys aren't exactly good for farming exp, but it's better than nothing especially the magic support.
Love the caravan fights. They're like the good, old "scenarios" in most strategy games, where you have to work with what you're given rather than min-maxing your forces. Great stuff.

Loving the caravan fights, there's the real risk of losing in fights with unbuffed units and poor synergies in the loto like armies you've got.
