● What is ASMR?
A feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.
“ASMR is triggered by things like whispering voices, paper tearing, and scalp massage”
● Why do I make ASMR?
Honestly, this is my way of giving back. I first discovered ASMR in 2015 right after I got into a car accident that caused me to get PTSD. I wasn’t able to sleep at night and the accident would replay over and over again. Until my older brother told me about a video that helped him relax. From that video on, I became obsessed with ASMR and would always listen to it for sleep. Now I’m learning and trying to put effort into these videos to somehow help other people find a way to relax and possibly cope with any issues they might have. Even if it’s just 1 person, I’ll be very happy! Thank you for your time! And goodnight!
