Just an fyi if you want any tips, assessment of the abdomen should start with visual inspection before any kind of palpation. Inspection-> ausculation (q 60 seconds each abdominal quadrant starting with RLQ to RUQ to LUQ to LLQ, or q 5 minutes each quadrant if bowel sounds cannot be found, until you hear them. Bowel sounds are described as hypoactive, bowel sounds present (closest thing to saying "normal), and hyperactive.

Also with abdominal assessment it should be done in this order:

(Visial) Inspection-> ausctation-> percussion-> palpation. Palpation increases peristalsis which will give an inaccurate reading when listening, so you wanna listen before you get hands on 😀

Generally, head to toe is done head to toe, so it helps to do things like pain, general inspection, appearance, psychological affect, speech pattern, etc. neuro status (are they aler and oriented and to which degree, etc.) First. I.e. starting by assessing neuro status. Just makes it easier/more comfortable for the patient.

I generally start there and with a quick overview of their skin. Then I go cardio, respiratory, gastro, genitourinary, endocrine (any polyuria, hot/cold intolerance, fatigue, diabetes), musculoskeletal (range of motion, CMS- if they have a cast or broken bones, muscle strength in upper and lower extremities bilaterally- you wanna check grip strength and dorsi/plantarflexion), then you can go more thorough into integumentary.

Upper lobes of the lungs are auscultated at the anterior aspect, lower lobes auscultated posterior, listening for diminished lung sounds or adventitious breath sounds (crackles, wheezes, etc.)

There's a lot to say haha, but yea. Don't mean to sound like I'm coming from a place of criticism either, just some tips if you're interested because from what I understand you like to research and be authentic. That's cool. I understand though it's an asmr video though, just for entertainment. You do a good job though, I think 😀
