  1. Given that the library director is a government gent and tried to stifle Mr. Grey’s free speech, AND the fact that she was instrumental in the arrest of Mr. Grey, she and the arresting officer should GO TO JAIL!

  2. Does Jeff get nervous if he thinks he might go to jail?

When I was in my deepest of active addiction, I had open warrants and was constantly nervous whenever police were within a mile radius. I knew if I came in close contact w a cop, I was probably going to jail(Thank God, this is no longer a fear of mine as I'm 16 months 24 days clean….I wonder if Jeff feels that pressure even though what he is doing is legal; all it takes is one dipshit cop who doesnt understand his limits and makes a mistake for Jeff to have to eat them nasty ham sandwiches and cartons of juice like adult preschool again

  3. People don't want panhandlers, they don't want protestors, and they don't want homeless encampments on their sidewalks. They're scared to death that their towns will end up like LA, San Francisco or Portland. Even the Dem controlled cities in Florida don't put up with that. The retirees are just too big of a voting block to mess with. Then there's the land developers, Disney, Universal, and thousands of smaller tourist-catering venues, and retirement communities to contend with. Jeff, Rogue, Solo Yaker and others know this and have audited these areas, such as in and around The Villages.

I used to see a lot of vagrants. Not very much anymore. I know there's homeless around here, but they camp in the woods. They wouldn't dare pitch a tent out in the open. Our sheriff heard about a local who wanted to organize a BLM protest, so he contacted that person and shut it down.

Make no mistake. Most parts of the country will pay out a few million in Civil Rights settlements, because they know most homeless won't try to sue. It's what their voters want, and Constitution be damned.

I've been to Mount Dora many times. It's a quaint old Southern town that depends heavily on tourism. The behavior of their gov't doesn't surprise me in the least.

  5. Does anyone else think we have turned into a 3 tier structure of government. Government>Local Public Servants>Citizens. It seems pretty clear government is pulling the strings, here. They have placed the public servants at the front lines. If there is a problem, only those who carry out policy wrapped in the color of law will go to jail, NOT the ones who drafted the policy and presented it as law, but in the meantime their objectives were accomplished, but at the expense of someone else.

We need to go higher up. Who is writing policy for these guys. The law says one thing, but their policies say something different. That would cause aggression in anyone. It's the reason this work is so important. How many of these servants THINK they are doing their job? Probably ALL of them because it is part of their 'job description'. Get them to change or revoke policy? Change happens

  6. When the Government fears the Citizens, you have liberty. When the Citizens fear the Government, you have tyrany!!!! The problem we face is that every public Employee from the Janitor to the Mayor thinks that we must obey them.

  7. 3:35 In pretty much in every state you don't need to give ID when it comes to trespass either. Trespass doesn't become criminal unless a person refuses to leave or returns back onto a property after having been given notice. The exception would be if there is posted signage on private property and then we are back to RAS and whether or not the state in question has any stop-and-identify statute. It's the absurd belief that some cops (in any state) believe that they have the right to ID a person on a civil trespass to begin with.

Of course, this puts aside the matter as the trespass wasn't lawful to begin with since it is a matter of public property and the right to occupy it like any other taxpayer does.

  8. My opinion is to stop tyranny is too go to our public officials homes to let them know we know where you live and your family and you better represent the people like you say or you too put targets on your f**** family then and only then will they be true in what they say
