Just backed my 2nd Kickstarter for this. I have always wanted to see a new shadow hearts game or a spiritual successor. Been waiting a long time for this.
Sony has a lot of IP's to ressurect but instead they went for a fcking remake for TLOU. And nobody ask for a fcking remake for that shit. I really miss wild arms. 😭
However I can't afford a PS5 any time soon don't want a Switch and I'll never play PC games so unless these 2 games DO get a PS4 release Unlikely I won't be able to play them.
Heck while Wild arms 1 and 3 ARE playable on the PS4 via PSN/Playstation Plus Wild arms 2 still is NOT.
I can think of some other cult classic Jrpgs that deserve spiritual successors like; Breath of Fire, Legend of Dragoon, Panzer Dragoon Saga, Skies of Arcadia etc.

Penny Blood look great, i just wish we could make our own main character. Armed Fantasia don't look good imo, the costume and aesthetic feel too modern, the Western vibe is lost.

Shadow Hearts: Covenant is my favorite video game of all time, and this announcement warmed my heart so much.
