  1. It's going to be a complete crash fest with a 90 and such a short start stretch. Trying to get 22 riders in such a tight corner just doesn't work especially when everyone gets a great start with the metal grates. I just don't like this short tight tracks. I miss the old huge dooms like the Pontiac doom and the king doom. Modern day dooms are small and suck for racing.

  2. Maybe they should just have one cheat code. Hole shot device without grates or grates and no hole shot device..idk…I hate seeing wipe outs on the 1st freekin turn of the race no matter who is involved

  3. The short whoops are a joke I love seeing to guys enter the whoops and one of them blows by the other. Haven't seen on pass in the whoops this year sx better wake up and quit dummen down this sport us fans go to watch professional riders plot and execute passes not watch the holeshot win everytime

  4. It would be cool to make it a RIGHT turn & then loop back and do the normal start direction & continue from there. They could have even made that lil loop around closer so that the start was shorter & slower than the normal crash out 90 degree clusterfuck.

  6. Notice the 12 whoops, after no more than 9 to be the new rule last week.
Notice that a rider can't accelerate when in the whoops, and to pass in them, you usually have to enter them taster than the other guy, and pick a different line of course.
Notice the small jump before the whoops after the corner that will keep everybody the same speed, like rhythm sections.
Last SX race, the last 14 laps had one pass in the top 6 guys, (Jett passing Eli for 3rd). You can expect less passing in the whoops this race. I pick Dean Wilson to win. 🙂

  7. I still say you asked a good question about the grate gates. But you don't understand the FIM philosophy that equality in racing is better, even if the track has to force it.
Anything you mention that will actually let the better talent be better,—will land on deaf ears.
Welcome to the communistic philosophies of a equal citizenry.
