Podcast is Called : ASN Humans Are Space Orcs , HFY and other stories
âââââ
This Story is Classified as HFY or Humanity Feck, Yea , but what does the Mean?
ââââ-
HFY is a story/series that takes a âhuman elementâ in either humanity or an âotherâ (race/species or object) that exists in a âsettingâ (future or other world/universe) with varying levels of culture, technology, society and history that help show in some shape or form the potential good or bad for humanityâs race/culture. In These stories Humans are often referred to as Human, Humanity, Deathworlder, Hellwolder in reference to the human planet of origin , Earth. This planet is seen by most of the universe as a place where only death and chaos can survive.
ââââ-
Taken from the FAQ of the r/HFY subreddit.
Humans Are Space Orcs (HASO) or Humans Are (Fantasy Race) Are used as a guide when writing.
In these Stories we normally View humans like the other races view orcs in a Fantasy Novel. We (Humans) share the same characteristics and personalities as orcs. Humans are normally treated as the outsiders and barbarians. Humans tend to be underestimated as well in these stories. Unlike Humanity Feck Yea , these donât always put a positive spin on humanshumanity sometimes looking at the darker side of human and humanity from the perspective of aliens.

Greetings, Mentlegent!
For the Rhyhtm that is Algo.
The answer to the two questions presented by the title is, Yes.
Great story; Excellent narration!
Comment
FOR THE HONOR OF TERRA!!!
Here is a like and comment for the story, for entertaining me, to help your channel grow, and get you the recognition you deserve.
Good stories as always!! WITH ENERGY!!!
'do you want to know more?'
YES!
thanks for the story and narration
Everybody Gangsta til Humans show up!!!
It's hot drop o clock
To many confused references between tactics a space navy would use and that of a wet/water navy. Smoke screens in space wouldn't work (they wouldn't spread and hide ships) and would be useless. And while it may be terminology, a space ship with a mast? Overall a fun story, but could use some improvement.
For the algorithem,for the beard!
Ludicrous speedđ¤Ł
Lol poor rear admiral
I feel bad for them. They don't deserve the jokes. They fought hard and well. Honestly, I feel the same about France. Their military leadership failed them against the Nazi's, but the Free French and the Resistance were instrumental in the Second World War.
Another great read.
TYVM.
This one was just too try hard on the "we're cooler than you" without giving any explanation as to why. 2/10
âControl surfacesâ mean nothing in space. Thrusters only
cool
We're not that good, we're just better at SOMETHING than you, and we make every battle about that one specific thing.
Bluffing. A time honoured move.
During the Falklands war a single British officer bluffed a detachment of Argentinians into surrendering a town.
Love all the stories
Lightspeed is too slow, we're going to have to go right, to LUDICROUS SPEED.
X: Mayday mayday! Request for assistance!
H: Tugboat Charlie here. How may we be of assistance?
X: A what? Well, thank you for your response. We are under attack by space Cthulhu. It is beyond your abilities though. But you can help by relaying an urgent message to fleet command to
H: We have already defeated it. Is there anything else you need from us?
X: … uh… So you have. No, I guess that is all.
H: Very well then. Have a nice day.
For the Algorithm, for the Author(s), for the Holographic Voice!
Algot
Well,… id argue that only the living get to be offended by jokes. Small price to pay. MAYBE FIX THE DAMN NAVY THEN!!!!
Yes . We are THAT good . Although , I reckon we SHOULD introduce you to Popular Game of ours . It's called Poker .
For the Algorithm the story and the voice
No dishonor in asking for a little help, "Apes together strong"
Thank you for the reading
I'm pretty sure that humans would be 'displeased' to hear others laugh at someone we chose to help.
Controll surface use on a spaceship I find a bit incongruous , for what are these for where there is no atmosphere ? I can understand mast usage for sensors and reactor outrigging .
That's one thing i've been thinking of when it comes to combat with newly encountered species, how are they compared to us, what they think is the most skilleful amongs them might be nothing but mere amatures compared to us, or it might even the other way around, they may see our most skillet as litttle more than newbies.
Is our lightly armored and armed civilian vessles stronger than the others frigates, or are they merely target practice.
I can see you 1 thumbs down.
Damned Jhurks!
