Are The Wave 3 Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course DLC Tracks Good? | Level By Level

Mario Kart 8 deluxe, after 5 years of being the Nintendo switch’s best selling game, is finally getting DLC in the form of the booster course pack. This is going to be bringing 48 retro tracks to mario kart deluxe from super mario kart, mario kart 64, mario kart super circuit, mario kart double dash, mario kart DS, mario kart wii, mario kart 7, and mario kart tour! The third wave of the dlc dropped a few days ago containing two cups, the Rock cup and Moon cup. That brought over a total of 8 tracks, London Loop, Boo Lake, Rock Rock Mountain, Maple Treeway, Berlin Byways, Peach Gardens, Merry Mountain, and 3DS Rainbow Road. In today’s episode of level by level we’re going to take a look at all 8 of these tracks to see if they’re good or bad retro tracks and put them in a tier list! Oh and there are new item settings, neat!

  1. Fun fact… New york minute, Tokyo blur, Paris promenade, London Loop and Vancouver Velocity where the first five city tracks to be released in tour so that's were the boring straights come from

  2. My favorite part of Peach Gardens, is that me and my sister like to make up stories for most of these tracks. So we were just imagining that in Super Mario Odyssey, when Peach leaves the castle, her garden is just overtaken by enemies while the Toads just run around the background.

  3. I just thought of something! Imagine if you could play some of the Tour courses in battle mode without any arrows or barriers meaning you can go wherever while battling! Courses like London Loop and Paris Promenade would make perfect battle courses!
