I didn't realize the fees were weekly! Kinda crazy, makes want to buy a tier 2 or 3 house instead of the 4 for my first house.

houses killed my family
Trophies are the reason for 3 houses. Additive global bonuses. If you set 1 Harvesting trophy of a single kind in each house, you get the bonus from each (some are saying about 10-15% per trophy) that's well worth it 🙂 Great video!

Hopefully someone here can help me out. So I messed up by buying a T1 house without realizing that the discount only applies to the first house you buy. Is it possible to abandon my first house and buy a different house with the discounted price?
