Archival Brewing owner, Levi Knoll, talks about their new beer ‘Take it to the Grave’, a Scottish Heather Ale. The ancient beer is currently aging in terra cotta clay pots, also known as amphoras. The previously extinct beer recipe was recreated with old scrapings from centuries-old amphoras found during an archaeological dig.
