So glad you're back to playing good old RM. Was getting bored of all the EW games!

Just my 2 cents but I think Mameluke as your gold unit instead of Arbs would have been better because unlike arbs it allows you to defend your trebs and skirms better which allows you to push easier with trebs. Mams should be fairly safe with Skirm + Hussar while also giving you better pop efficiency. Edit: also it comes in very handy against his Hussar Raids.

With F1re's focus on purely ranged units in early imp, I thought siege rams could do a lot of damage
Though with the castles you had, I guess you could get trebs out faster than it would take to tech into siege ram, and the timing of the attack on his castles was crucial to limit his production of Genoese
