I actually really liked how well they were able to tie this to the previous Aquaman film. That’s probably because I watched the first film right before leaving to see it in the theater
Thanks Eric! I was hoping you wouldn't forget about this one. I enjoyed the movie however I would've liked to see more ties to the larger DC world and of course Batman. I seen a pic online allegedly from a test screening of Batfleck and Aquaman shaking hands on what looks to be a Batboat. No idea if it was real or not. It made me think about all the missed opportunities from the DCEU. I agree it wasn't the best send off at the end however I don't know what they could've that would have been satisfying. I am looking forward to the fresh start of the DCU Uh Uh HUH!!

Did anyone here notice that Aquaman literally killed a deep diver by robbing his suit to suffocate the king fish.
I just figured that she produces a lot cause as a species they mostly swim and he would need a lot to burn and build as a baby.

No mention of the long take on the final fight scene? Such a rarity in movies, it's awesome to see more of it done well. I hope more movies are able to do long takes instead of all the rapid quick cuts of the past. I have no issues with an overall "less good" fight when it's done in a long take to make it so much more cohesive and let the watcher better track what is going on in the fights.
