  4. As a pastor and minister of the Gospel, it grieves me to see how so many people are falling prey to individuals using the eclipse to install fear and make money off of their videos. Only our Heavenly knows the day, date and time His Son Jesus will return. May we focus on being ready ourselves and being about our fathers business leading the lost to Christ.

  14. One could wonder and imagine what celestial event might cause such a darkness! There is at least a certain amount of evidence that suggest that there is a Planet X that is larger than our earth that may soon be coming, there is speculation that a planet the size greater than earth that enters our gravitational pull and earth it’s gravitational or centrifugal force, if that planet came through it would cause ONE, catastrophic damage earthquakes, weather, pole shifting, and the earth would certainly wobble like a drunken man. And as it passed in front of the earth and our sun, it could very easily take three hours our or even three days to move past our sun. Again this is speculation but John did warn of large celestial bodies that would disrupt life on earth and even poison water, aka “wormwood” We cannot rule anything out! God will do what he wants according to his word and law! And man can hardly claim to know his mind in these matters! Certainly science of the day has been prophesied of as well! God said they will worship their own knowledge thereby becoming fools! They will think that belief in God is foolishness! But not just secular science! Even the professed church has began to accept all manner of abomination in the church and call it righteous in the sight of God! Look at the one world religion beginning to rise across the globe! They lift up as holy unions homosexual marriage, even ordaining this abomination! LgbTQ has become common place in 2024, even in the Catholic, Protestant, and restoration faiths! What we know is that the earth will move out of its current topography into a whole different look! Scripture says there is a shaking of the earth coming like has never come before and never will again! John recorded many fascinating wonders taking place in the heavens & on earth! It is not wrong to pay attention to these events! Fact is Jesus said pay attention to these events! He told Israel that there are certain events coming that if you have read and understood scripture you will know that you should head into the mountains, do not go to your home to try and save stuff! But go immediately to the mountain! Jesus told the believers about these events not to be afraid! But to be prepared! He said when you see these things coming to pass ( which means you need to pay attention to these events) He said “LOOK UP! For your redemption draws nigh! Blessing and Praise be to Jesus Christ our Lord!

    God has disregarded the Old Covenant (OT). Hebrews 8:9 said, "Not like the Testament (Old Covenant) that I made with their fathers, in the day that I took them by the hand, to lead them out of the land of Egypt: for they continued not in my Testament, and I regarded them not, said the Lord." Note that Israelites disobedience caused God to disregard them. And therefore, in Hebrews 8:13 God made the New Covenant: "In that he said a new Testament, he had abrogated the old: now that which is disannulled and waxed (became) old, is ready to vanish away."

    Who are "the God's chosen people?" Anyone who follow Jesus Christ is God's chosen! "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. (2 Corinthians 5:17).
