North Carolina representative Jeff Jackson while not a live streamer as far as I’m aware has a pretty successful YouTube and tik tok platform where he does break down what’s going on in congress and why certain bills aren’t being passed. And his format is able to respond to trends he notices in the comment sections. Bernie has also used social media well doing live streams on YouTube and posting videos to provide updates on important matters.
I think this is generally a step in the correct direction for where democrats need to go for social media out reach as it both gives their constituents a better understanding of their policies as well as what’s going on in Washington and also because they provide a better connection for the politicians to measure what is important to their constituents.
This is so surreal. As a kid in the 80's & 90 I would've never imagined seeing any political figures play video games and take it seriously

All this stardew talk made me wanna play. I've been playing on PC more recently because I was impatient for the 1.6 update but my two main profiles on my switch each have over 100 hours and are on summer of years 4 and 5. I don't have a problem I swear. I can stop any time I want… I just don't want to!
19:53 Xan I hate to break it to you but it's pretty easy to optimize iridium sprinklers. They cover a 5×5 area. I have my greenhouse set up the same way and never watched YouTube tutorials about optimization. (I do have, like, half of the stardew wiki memorized tho so like take that with a grain of salt.)
The fact AOC plays Stardew (my favorite game) makes me extremely happy
