I don't think AP is a bad coach, just think raiders need more experienced one at this moment to get them out the hump. Why not let AP step downand work with the defense and promote Marvin Lewis as Head coach to finish season? Or Mark maybe should call Bill Bellachick, have him work with Tom Brady to build team to play off team.
