FBI has taken the case and is conducting a investigation. It is clear cut fraud . When you enter into a consignment agreement , that is a legal binding contract. You can not take peoples property , sell it and keep all of them proceeds. He will 100 % go to prison for this crime , he is guilty and he himself has admitted so many times on social media which is all evidentiary evidence
