Anno 1800 is a city building real-time strategy video game, developed by Blue Byte and published by Ubisoft, and is set to be launched within April 2019.

It is the seventh game in the Anno series, and returns to the use of a historical setting following the last two titles, Anno 2070 and Anno 2205, taking place during the Industrial Revolution in the 19th century.

Following the previous installment, the game returns to the series’ traditional city-building and ocean combat mechanics, but introduces new aspects of gameplay, such as tourism, “blue-printing”, and the effects of industrialisation influences on island inhabitants.

  9. As I read Megacity I already wanted to see it. Signed Nivarias is a guarantee of beauty. And with the premise of the start of the video, with all the DLC and Mods, I can't help but follow this new series with Anno 1800. Definitely an unmissable series!

  22. are the any mods that add more modern ships? the battlecrusier was vanilia but are dreadnoughts possible to get? is mono fleets best or are a escorts also usefull? or are they just for roleplay?

  28. Yeesssss, stoked for this new series!

    Quick tip for anyone: after you blueprint out some fields (eg. wheat, pigs, potatoes) and you're going to start building them with the "upgrade" mouse cursor, if you click and drag on the buildings, you'll have to click and drag on the fields as well. BUT if you just click and drag the upgrade tool on the fields first, it builds the fields and buildings at the same time with one click (as fields can't exist without buildings). Efficiency, efficiency, efficiency. 🙂
