I like thar idea, now why can't they get some of that dried grass for hay use? If I had chickens I would ask if I could gather the dried grass for my chickens !

Actually , before firefighter had aircraft and huge pump trucks, animals were the perfect advanced system. Any grandfather, birn in 1906 on a farm in dental Minnesota, said that animals were moved to certain feilds durning the years to eat as much as possible to protect crops from wild fires that would break out , especially by train tracks. There was no working fire suppression for feild yet
