if you're wondering what to do with this information, at the start of the video you'll see a dendro monument on the right. before that is a pit. if you jump into the pit, you can hear eerie whispering. (referring to this note) Use a geo skill and break the rocks. You'll land into an underground cave. Theres a few locked chests (1 Precious 2 Exquisite iirc) and you need to keep moving forward by breaking the rocks till you reach the end of the cave. You exit the cave (with a cutscene) and get another achievement. Note: There are just hilichurls and scorpions inside but one stonehide lawachurl for the precious chest. Just a forewarning.
This entire cave is actually an escape route that a patient must have taken to escape the torture from the hospital. Have fun 🙂
