No ETs needed. I think the rabbi had it most right. The same God who gave the ancient prophecies to Isaiah, Jeremiah, etc. could easily have enlightened Tesla's, as well as others', minds with things that would advance civilizations according to His own purpose and timetable.
Tesla and Westinghouse are the reason we're a century behind in renewable energy technology, and thus EV's as well.

I hate how “aliens” is thought of like UFO or Martians you have to think more like “extraterrestrials” are meaning “not of earth”, earth being terra. So technically anything not of earth is technically “extraterrestrials”. Just a thought
It's astonishing that they spent so much money on a program that has ZERO actual facts in it. Besides inventing a teslacoil, he didn't contribute much to electrical discoveries. Michael Faraday was one of the best, but many people contributed and improved on different inventions. It wasn't all done by one person.
