  1. I don't think the World Devastator creation rate is bad at all. Even on a full galaxy large map on cruel, trying to keep my WD in every battle I'm doing, while I did spawn a lot of them all the constant attacks from doomstacked fleets kept whittling them down over time. Mostly I had to use them as anchors in defense fleets.

When the alternative is "well just build even more of your normal battlecruisers", does it really even matter? It's not like there's any logical consistency for why doing the same process would require more and more materials anyway.

  2. can i ask you how you managed to make the game playable like this.
i got a good PC but the mod wont really run that good.
for example the unit information on the left side pops up after 10 sec. holding the mouse over a unit.
or my planets are way more spreed then it is at your videos

have you got a video how to fix things like that and make the game more playable

  3. I find the World Devastators being a very good balance of Power and rewarding for good players who don’t have issues losing half a fleet to a Validusia, but I have to admit… Corey is right with the ability to basically never run out of them being a bit *too powerful…

My friend showed me his save… he has 3 FLEETS of world devastator Battlecruisers which are being led by Thrawn (his main fleet), Pelleon (the secondary fleet) and the World Devestator hero (for his “leveling” fleet), and is currently working on building 2 more…
He showed me that with that amount, it is basically like having 4 SSD’s worth of damage, and he utterly neutered an Executor while I was there…

Having that many battlecruisers I feel like just puts game balance out the window and into the lawn… Increasing the materials needed will help yes, but it still doesn’t take away having 3 full fleets of Battlecruiser class ships, and I mean FULL fleets, he has 3-4 in each fleet, and has I think around 14 total, including the capital ship (tier 2) and hero. Just by having that much power, it NUKES the hell out of anything it touches…

Not saying to reduce the damage, but if there is in ANY way some way to reduce the amount you can have *IN A FLEET* to like 2, that would help… like I said, having 4 in a fleet makes it where just by the sheer amount of them they can brute force anything… I mean, the exec got one down to yellow health, but they got the shields down and started damaging before the exec managed to get even ONE of them down on shields… I feel like an SSD should be able to take on 1 or 2, but with 4 of them the balance is heavy skewered it might as well not exist…

  4. Corey is so much more merciful than I am. When I had a mouse I put out these super glue traps, he got stuck and I just threw it, still squeaking, trap and all, in our trash can outside in 110 degree heat.
