Amazing until there is a fire and you can't get down the stairs fast enough 🤷♀️
The starving artists' apartment according to sitcoms and movies
i think it is affordable housing,….anyone who can afford it can live there
250 mil for a penthouse, 5 mil for Bugattis these astronomical markups weren't Mainstream until Covid.
affordable housing is right girlfriend . well said .
Everyone commenting about how you wouldn’t really want to live there, keep in mind that the majority of the people who own apartments in that building aren’t living there either.
so one day all buildings is going to make shadows in central park? hope not.
Don’t forget the HOAs
An architectural vulgarity. The most damnable thing is that the majority of the apartments, while sold, are vacant. Luxury real estate in NYC is a major tax avoidance scam, dominated by unscrupulous real estate agents and even more unscrupulous buyers, who purchase those apartments with no intent to reside there, but solely to get tax deductions under various LLC, etc. schemes. NYC refuses to go after these corrupt tax scofflaws. Money rules in NYC and corrupt money rules even more.
For that type of money I'll keep my feet on the ground.. 🤔
nice labral remark at the end bubble heads bleach blond at end wanting to give people that do not work or do nothing the same as the rich.
Plus you can wing-suit into work!
Who wants to live that high, unnecessary to say the least!
Hmmm, a terrorist decides to take out civilians, what building do you think he's flying the plane in?
Hard pass. Too many variables.
Spoiling central park so that 30 people can live in the largest building in New York.
Ghastly
The interior design is not that luxurious, I think the price based on the location and height 🤔
Half of it will remain empty forever as being nothing but an investment. Others will have inhabitants once a year.
Is it available on AXbNb already ?
he statement she makes in the end is ridiculous.
It’s all fun and games until the elevator stop working
Three floors is my max for living.
This is such a terrible idea.
they seriously built this building and literally no one is moving in. also, i'm now a fan of my girl saying how about building affordable housing. good on her.
7:29 facts.
Did he say 250 million for basically three apartments built into one, complete with anti suicide fence? Park the money that is what this is about.
To me it’s so tacky. Looking down at the park like that is a life as lonely as a rare bird flying that high.
The living room somehow felt cozy but nonetheless, being that high up is just tasteless.
Ahhh.. the classic "we're creating jobs"
5:30 There's too much noise! And yet there's no buyer who doesn't care about the cowry, that buyers won't care about anything. No matter how rich you are. I don't think he's a real estate agent
The Towering Inferno.
If i had $250mil to spend i'd use $10mil on an oceanfront estate in Oregon and park the other $240mil in mutual funds, donating the interest to charity.
