  1. We don’t want to turn into China, 90% of their water is unusable

Not that it can be boiled first, or go through a multi treatment processing, it’s toxic and can’t be used.

  2. Flint was certainly a red herring. However Flint caused it's entire mess. It's tax base cannot fund the services it requires. It has been a endless money pit of corruption and waste that affects all state tax payers since the destruction of low skilled manufacturing in the region.

  3. DuPont did the same in Dordrecht Netherlands again and polluted all swimming waters and farmland miles away from the plant and the pollution even reached the Faroe Islands

Watch the Zembla PFAS cover up docu for more info (English version)

Big companies don’t care because they still make profit even when they get fined so it is calculated murder.

  4. In hawaii, the government stored jet fuel above an opening to the islands aquifers, they were told to remove it multiple times, decades later when the tanks went bad and poisoned much of the aquifer they decided they should remove it, like fckn retards they removed it after the tanks went bad. 5. Look, you can't operate 800 odd military bases, arm half the psychotic regimes on the planet, fight TWO illegal wars…..and keep your country from turning into a "third world" shithole.

    It can't be done.

  6. I live in a village where coal is in our pipes is from the coal mines we were build on. Everyone knows about and you either just adapt to drinking it or you go buy gallons of water. Can't do anything about showering/bathing, laundry, or dishwashers.

One person, who got a well, ended up having the coal residue seep into the well.

  7. In Florida we dont dare to drink water from the sink yet our water company says its drinkable. You can literally smell it sometime. I don't even cook with sink water. America takes all of our money through all kinds of taxes yet they never want to spend it on us. They spend it meddling in other countries problems.

  8. I live in South Africa, we can drink tap water without worry unless specifically warned not to (fairly rare) – a country as wealthy as America should be ashamed of failing it's people like this.

  9. Here in Arizona we have a lawsuit going with 3M because they had been doing illegal dumping back when they bought products from Teflon and had to change chemicals because those that had used Teflon based pots and pans had been getting sick.

  10. the money is available?
dude the country is in debt
    there literally is no money
    all of its pretend
why do you think inflation is ruining peoples hopes and dreams
    you cant just keep printing
those poorer people you claim to care about will be hit hardest
if you want to make money for meaningful infrastructure that will help the us citizens you cant keep painting new rainbows and giving invaders free housing while working people cant even get a loan
but we both know that wont happen

  11. Exposing us for not being as great as we claim eh? I'm not even mad about it. There are parts of America that gives very much "third world". Maybe if our leaders feel the second-hand embarrassment from the rest of the world, they'll opt to do something about our problems.
