  3. Suspicious I say. Great story the liberal media has on this 50th anniversary of the Great Secretariat win at Belmont and the Triple Crown.
I have been watching these horses all year round and you never get the two top horses all year in this race unless it was for a triple crown. And we got 5 of the best 7 horses all year in this race.
And the winning time is 2:29. 23. A slow time on a fast track. Sorry but for me something is not right. The two best horses looked like they were stuck in mud until the last 20 yards to get 2nd.
We seen way too many weird things in now legalized gambling in sports. And we know this liberal media loves a good liberal minded story.

  4. So, another track death… final race. Then, "Mashnee Girl" ('misstep' on the turf) in the 1st race on Belmont's Sunday card, was euthanized on track. Has the Belmont meet been experiencing this all along, and we're 'not to hear of it?' Hmmm, 2 iconic tracks being massively funded for major facelifts–the 2 having higher numbers of on-track 'catastrophic' injuries? Or, is this industry-wide…every year? Why was Sunday's program removed? When folks are kept in the dark, and given only nice, clean replays of cherry-picked races, they (I) get suspicious… Afraid the 'Cash Cow' will sustain a 'catastrophic' injury, and have to be put down, as well? If so, relax!.. Oodles of humans ❤ horses, horseracing, and throwing their $ away to get thrills! 😂 'Man up,' and give us–as Mig often says, "Full Disclosure." Were NYRA, et al, 'gelded,' and we didn't get the memo? We're not in diapers out here, ya know? 😏

  6. I must have missed it, because I didn't hear a peep from any broadcasters about Arrogate being put down at Juddmont on June 2nd, due to a 'mysterious neurological disorder' — 8 days before his son Arcangelo 'made him proud.' He was only 7!

Thanks for showing Secretariat's 34-yr-old lone surviving offspring. It was poignant to see him nostril-deep in clover…just where a horse wants to be. 🥰 I was rather stunned when someone made the aside that there is ample evidence Secretariat was even more spectacular on the grass! Do turf runners have to be put down from Laminitis with any less frequency than dirt runners? There certainly aren't any less 'misstep' deaths on the turf…
