Who knows how much we really don't know about these subjects? Do we have stuff mostly figured out and are just looking for the tiny bits missing or – to loosely quote an author – are we simply sitting on an island surrounded by an ocean of knowledge
Mhm, so much stuff has been lost to time and destruction that I wouldn't be surprised if in the future we find evidence of basically anything, reverse grip maces, the wheel a thousand years before we thought it was invented, electric engines in ancient history. I mean obviously until such evidence is found I'm not gonna debate the existence of dinosaur riding cavemen but when it is found, dang I'll be happy to learn about it.
