The Trumpchi M8 is available in two versions: hybrid and petrol.
The hybrid variant utilizes the same engine but is tweaked to operate on the Atkinson cycle, delivering an impressive 193 PS (190 hp) and 320 Nm of torque. Its hybrid system, sourced from Toyota, incorporates an e-CVT and an electric motor producing 184 PS (181 hp or 135 kW) and 270 Nm of torque.
Measuring at 5,212 mm in length, 1,893 mm in width, 1,823 mm in height, and boasting a wheelbase of 3,070 mm (an increase of 70 mm), the M8 commands attention not just because of its size, but also due to its striking appearance. The MPV exudes a much more commanding presence than its predecessor, with the focal point being the eye-catching “Soaring Wings 2.0” front grille.
