All Games I Played in November

In this video, Iโ€™m excited to share with you the games I played throughout November. From exploring strange new worlds to running a cozy cat cafe, itโ€™s been a month full of fun and adventure. Hereโ€™s what I played:

Astroneer: Interact with strange new worlds in a unique and tactile way, molding the environment itself as if it were clay in your hands. Build your base, master resource management, automate your production lines, and more as you unravel the mysteries of the universe, alone or with friends.

Supurr Cat Cafe: Sandwich Rush: Stack towering sandwiches with the help of cute cat friends while building up your dream cat cafe. With plenty of hungry quirky customers around, youโ€™ll need to upgrade your cafe, find new cats to help you, and up your sandwich game to keep them happy!

Cloudy Valley: Go on a summer vacation to the Cloudy Valley archipelago! Swim, climb, and explore the different islands at your own pace. Discover treasures or enjoy a cozy and relaxing atmosphere by the waves.

Hidden in my Paradise: A relaxing exploration game where you uncover the secrets of a hidden paradise. Discover treasures, solve puzzles, and enjoy the beautiful scenery as you unravel the mysteries of this peaceful world.

Repella Fella: An Aussie comedy adventure game set in a post-apocalyptic world. Play as a seasoned operative navigating a chaotic landscape, making choices that will shape the story and uncovering secrets in a wild and humorous setting.

6 Sided Stories: A cozy puzzle game where you flip and color hexagonal pieces to reveal adorable scenes. Follow a crew of cute animals through their adventures across different seasons, enjoying a relaxing experience with chill lofi beats.

I had a blast playing these games and canโ€™t wait to hear your thoughts! Do you have any favorite games from November? Let me know in the comments below!

  1. Hi Juliette. Iโ€™m always enjoying these reviews of games you have been playing. For me, since the beginning of November. Been doing Skyrim and playing for the first time on survival mode on expert difficulty. ๐Ÿ˜Šโค๏ธ. And been enjoying even if I canโ€™t fast travel and reduce carry weight. Been doing a mage with duel daggers as a back up. ๐Ÿ˜Šโค๏ธ

  2. Great video Juliette. Yes, I canโ€™t believe that we are already near the end of 2024. But you know what, itโ€™s good. Because we are a year away from GTA 6, and this week is the one year anniversary of when the whole internet broke when GTA 6 trailer 1 came out. Man, I remember that day when I checked in with all of my friends and YouTube friends when it came out. Pray and hope that we get more as we are entering 2025. ๐Ÿ˜Šโค๏ธ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿซถ

  3. Hi Juliette ๐Ÿ’œ I love these 'what I've been playing' videos so much. There's usually at least one game you include that I'll end up playing and this time it will be Astroneer. You already had me intrigued when you've mentioned playing it in some of your comments recently, and now the 'cosy No Man's Sky' description has won me over.

    Games that I've been playing this month include;

Dragon Age The Veilguard – not as good as some previous entries but I'm still enjoying it quite a lot.

Hidden Through Time – hidden object game where the scene grows as you find more objects, a good time if you like this genre.

Lego Horizon Adventures – a Lego retelling of Horizon Zero Dawn that's fun but nothing special.

Tiny Glade – one you've featured before, and one that's very relaxing & gets your creative juices flowing, really good game.

Max Mustard – a VR platformer that actually suprised me with how good it is. Almost as good as the original psvr1 Astrobot game, which is high praise indeed.

Darkside Detective – one you also know, and I'm really enjoying it (the Doctor Who reference in case 2!).

Hope you're having a nice weekend, and thanks for another great video.

  4. Astroneer is going on my list for sure. And Lemon Cake! I have been eyeing that game for the Switch for such a long time. Hopefully it's really good, it looks SUPER cozy. Any games with food in it, I'm about it.
True to my word ๐Ÿคฃ I'm currently in the middle of playing Kirby Return to Dreamland DX and Pizza Possum. Both of which are fantastic. Highly recommend. (Your chips and coffee, my soda and pizza by the way.)

  5. A nice line up there, it will be interesting to see what you have lined up for us next month! Sadly, these days, I only really have time to play just the one game, America's Army 2.5, and I've only been playing that for the last 16 years. ๐Ÿคฃ

9:39 – Even as an Englishman, those make some sort of sense to me. lol. I had an Australian teacher when I was around 10, Mr Hill was his name (he came from Hamilton, Victoria). The school did a teacher swap for a year, our teacher here in the UK went to Hamilton, and Mr Hill came over here, not really sure why they did that. lol. He introduced us to all things Australian, the music lessons would be Waltzing Matilda and Mr Hill would have his Aussie bush hat and little guitar. ๐ŸคฃMaybe afterwards, he'd wheel out the TV and we'd watch some Australian football on the VHS. lol.

I always look forward you your videos, Juliette, keep up the great work! ๐Ÿ˜

  6. Man, Juliette. Got a crazy story to tell you. Just now in my Skyrim survival mode playthrough. I was at a farm near the capital city of Skyrim and I made friends with the farm owner by picking crops so that way I can take stuff without stealing from her places. And I made some stews and soups. And by the time I was leaving, an Ancient Dragon shows up out of nowhere and he was a tough one. It took 8 guards that helped and me with only my range spells as I didnโ€™t want to get up close with an Ancient Dragon. ๐Ÿ˜. But I did it and man, thatโ€™s an experience because I was farming and cooking. Curse you Dragon. ๐Ÿ˜Šโค๏ธ.

  7. My last month has been Silent Hill 2, Elden Ring, Life is Strange: Double Exposure, Dragon Age: Veilguard, Control, and Metaphor: ReFantazio.

I'd recommend Life is Strange, but I know it's already on your radar since you played all the others and reacted to the trailer, lol.

  8. Hey, Juliette! ๐Ÿ’œ Looking good. You and the Games.

    2nd attempt – YT hoicked my 1st

I had been meaning to look up Astroneer, since it has been pretty obvious how much you like the game. I had been hoping you would feature it, on a recap video, and here it is! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Now I see it and know why, you are so taken with it. Another game seemingly made just for you! ๐Ÿ˜‰

It looks great, and has some nice features โ€“ and it looks Fun, and it appears to be available to me, via the Playstation Store

All your games would look to be exactly things you find interesting when gaming โ€“ relaxing, peaceful, maybe outrageous, fun, or chock full of Australia! ๐Ÿคฃ

Of those you reviewed here, I can get versions, for console or laptop, of Astroneer, Hidden in My Paradise, 6 Sided Stories, and (I feel very Lucky) Repella Fella.

I will undoubtedly pick up Astroneer, and Repella Fella (I couldnโ€™t believe it's a MicroProse game, I havenโ€™t played one of those since my Commodore/DOS days!) probably in December or January.

I inherited an old 45 rpm record, when I was just a little kid, of Waltzing Matilda. I must have played that more than 1,000 times โ€“ and still always stop to listen when I run across it. ๐Ÿฅฐ

I will probably pick up the other 2 as well, some time in the near future, since I like puzzle games, and youโ€™ve got me started on Hidden Object games as well.

In November I havenโ€™t played much, some Minecraft, and I got a great deal, which couldnโ€™t be beat, on the new Lego Horizon Adventures game ( Lego games are a sort of addiction with me, even though they are a bit goofy) and am having a good time. ๐Ÿ˜‚

As for the games you didnโ€™t get to โ€“ I was intrigued by the I am Future, which is rumored to someday come to consoles โ€“ but it reminds me, a lot, of the art in the Disney movie Meet the Robinsonโ€™s, which I also like quite a bit.

Great review, Juliette. ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ’œ I hope your weekend has gone smoothly, and you have had a great time. I am almost 100% again, and just put the finally thawed turkey in the oven. ๐Ÿ˜‹ – Update – complete – just had two roast turkey sandwiches. ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

Take care, and have a fantastic time with the peewees. ๐Ÿชบ๐Ÿฅฐ

  9. These videos are great, I always find a new game or two to put on my wish list. Out of these games, Astroneer had me intrigued. I noticed that it is on Game Pass, so I can try it for free.

Out of "your" games, Juliette, I have recently played Crime Scene Cleaner and Two Point Hospital. I liked Crime Scene Cleaner so much that I finished it in three days. The last two missions were very big areas and took 2h 45min each to finish. I just started on Two Point Hospital and that game is also great. I played it for 9 hours yesterday (Saturday), so basically the entire day ๐ŸคซI've got to be careful with that one.

  10. My latest playthroughs have been Resident Evil 2 Remake (quite stressful on first playthrough, as I do not like horror and zombies particularly much), Trine 5 (fairy tale puzzle game, still prefer Trine 1 and 2 though), and I finally got around to playing through Syberia The World Before, a game in my favourite game series, and no stress due to the game being point and click adventure. But Syberia 1 and 2 will always be on the top of the list for me. Playing through Syberia 1-4 is highly recommended. And recently I started on: Brothers: A tale of two sons Remake, which I will be finishing soon as it seems to be a very short game (I have played to original as well back in the day). And I will also be playing, when it is released, the game Hela, where you control a little mouse. The game is supposedly being developed by some of the developers of another favourite game of mine, the game Unravel. Hela seems to have a similar Scandinavian setting as the game Unravel had. But it is in third person / mouse rather than being a sideways scrolling game like Unravel. I am curious if the story in Hela will be better than Unravel, because that store drew me in.

All the games you've played in November are great and I can already assume you've enjoyed all of them as you pleased ๐Ÿ’ฏ I'm excited what adventures ahead you'll be doing this December, Juliette ๐Ÿ’œ Christmas is just around the corner ๐ŸŽ„ have a shining day and keep up the great work ๐ŸŒŸ.
