He literally has a rare unique type of magic not possessed by others and has already shown his powers have multiple uses (some being good and other being bad which I will assume will play on him being the knight of death since he literally turned someone into a mummy) not to mention he is the main character. In terms of magic output and versatillity he'll be stronger but in psychical combat lancelot or tristan win. From what we see his powers are linked to life and death

I love lancelot but it will be sooner or later Tristan will over come being part demon and angel is crazy but I swear Tristan will never use his demon form due to what he did to lancelot.

Gawain isnt a teenager and doesn't have sunshine her hero magic is completely different, she doesn't get stronger throughout the day and sunshine doesn't deplete after using too much magic and it's also impossible for her to have sunshine cause Mael isn't dead and still has it
Lancelot couldn't have been spirited away by the lady of the lake bc the lady of lake was shown to be Chaos who now resides in King Arthur
i think gwan is the result of maerlin doing some magic experimentation
