  2. Straight up stolen from Star Trek, with "grim determination".
    This is the good news.
    The bad news is bad writing amalgamized in 25 stories with this exact theme and with names shuffled around to diffetent characters.
    If you could write something like Dune…with character development, and less writing like "the road ahead will be long and hard he said with grim apprehension.
    There are always consoles exploding in showers of sparks
    Always weapi s teari g through things like paper or butter or tin foil.
    But just cou t how many times the word "grim" is used…usually followed by "determination".
    Tbey could be much better atories is the sad thing. I love sci-fi. Not bad Star Trek Ripoffs poorly written. Good for bedtime though.
