Watch Aliens And The Earth War – Ellen Ripley vs Xenomorph Queen Mother – Aliens Explained to see our explanation of the Aliens Outbreak, Aliens Nightmare Asylum, and Aliens Female War comic book plotlines.

Alien Outbreak Explained – What Happened To Earth During The Alien Series? covers the Aliens story that was originally titled Aliens and is also known as Aliens: Book One and Aliens, Vol. 1: Outbreak. Aliens: Outbreak is a six-issue limited comic book series from July 1988-July 1989. Aliens: Outbreak was the first comic in the Aliens comics line.
Aliens: Outbreak was originally a direct sequel to the 1986 film Aliens, continuing the stories of Sergeant Hicks and Newt several years after the events at Hadley’s Hope. However, the release of Alien3 led to reprinted editions being edited in order to fit with the events of that movie. Aliens: Outbreak is the first story in a three story arc which was followed by Aliens: Nightmare Asylum and then concluded with Aliens: Female War.

Aliens Outbreak was the first comic in the now extensive aliens comics line (not counting the comic adaptation of the film alien which was released several years previously but is not associated with dark horse).

Aliens Nightmare Asylum – The Aliens/Xenomorphs Overrun The Earth (Aliens Book 2: Nightmare Asylum) covers the Aliens story originally titled Aliens and also known as Aliens: Book Two and Aliens, Vol. 2: Nightmare Asylum. It was a four-issue limited comic book series published in August 1989-May 1990.

Aliens Female War Explained – What Happened To Earth During The Alien Series? covers the Aliens Female War which is the final part to the story covered in Aliens: Outbreak and Aliens: Nightmare Asylum. The storyline comes to an end as Ripley, Billie and Wilkes fight the Aliens one more time as they try to capture the Aliens queen mother.
