  2. I thought this was gonna explain why he called himself Alice.. The story he told on a TV documentary called Super Duper Alice Cooper… Was that he had a dream where he in a former life was a female witch being burnt at the stake and her name was Alice Cooper

  4. He was an outrageous, fall on his face drunk. He fell off the stage during his June 23rd ('75) Vancouver show, breaking six ribs and suffering a concussion. But, to his credit, he sobered up after he nearly died, puking up blood. I loved his early stuff, but he lost me with Billion Dollar Babies.

  6. When one becomes a Christian the old passes away. If Alice kept singing demonic songs then he hasn't given up his past and gives a false witness. Now that he's successful it's easy to turn to God but we're grateful that he's convicted but 2 Corinthians 5:17 behold all things becomes new if not you're playing church

  7. So I do have to say, I wish the best for you Alice, however my child self is still troubled by images of you stomping on baby chick's for Easter.
It was a very nice moment for the first few seconds, then went horribly wrong.
Have not been able to forgive you most of my life. My son now claims they may have been Props, but tell that to my 3 year old self. I am still working on forgiveness.

  8. I remember as a teen in 1969 forming a heavy rock band. We'd never heard of Alice Cooper then but the lead guitarist suggested we call ourselves a name that people would think was a girl folk singer so the audience would not expect us. The name he suggested was Vera Dodd!
We didn't take him up on it

  9. I love Vincent Furnier but altough I thank you for sharing, I was expecting something else:
Not that his father was a priest (all fans know it) not that his father was shaving, not that his parents were rocker religious and no strict at all…
A nice chat with Alice Cooper but that's all

  10. When i was a bairn , i was listening to " id like to teach the world to sing" by the new seekers, and " tie a yellow ribbon" by dawn, then one day my big sister Annie leant me a listen to her new LP "billion dollar babies" by alice cooper, "unfinished sweet" and " i love the dead " ,i didn't stand a chance , i was lucky enough to see them live in the 80s "nightmare returns" tour , it can only be described as a theatrical extravaganza, ther is nothing about alice cooper not to like , what a precious human being, 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 happy healthy peace ✌️

  12. I've met Vincent on two occasions, a nice person and was very cool to my son, however I got a bad taste in my mouth over him and John holmberg, when both of them kept pushing the vaccine mandate and pushing the listeners to get the shot ,both of these shot jockeys lost my ear to their radio shows in az . Sad sacks of horse dung, both of em

  13. I saw them in Shreveport, La. When they did the Billion Dollar BBies tour. Rode 90 miles to get there in a Volkwagen with only the emergency brake to stop with. Best 6 bucks I ever spent. Man, those were the days!!!
