In MN at least, by default premarital savings are typically not considered marital assets. A prenup providing for this wouldn’t change anything.
I hate when legal shows have a lawyer just saying, "Objection", without providing the grounds for it.
When objection is sustained usually the fronting party withdraw, as in its no longer usable. This is where this show became fictional
Dog hair does not indicate anything! My dads friend got a car and a dog. The dog died by old age, after eight years he decided to sell the car. So starts cleaning it and found dog hair in seat gaps.
