A driver who killed a schoolgirl after losing control of his Lamborghini will face no more than 12 months behind bars after the judge ruled he was not driving dangerously.
15-year-old year old Sophia Naismith was struck while walking with a friend outside a restaurant in Glengowrie in 2019.
