  1. I don't understand, is it commonly accepted that just because your phone is pinging far away from a crime that's considered an alibi now? I'm speaking in terms of cb Rowe. So people only take their phones with them to go commit crimes when it suits the prosecution now?

  2. I too am impressed with this technology, and the story. However, hearing this guy say; " and this is going to 'be' this or that, drives me crazy. It seem to me that this guy should be literate, in both writing, and speech, he isn't at least in terms of speech. I remember turning in a term paper in college, and returning to the professor to pick up the paper and hear his critique. Among other things he pointed out one misspelled word, spell checker did not exist in those days. He asked me, "What if your 'men' (I was entering the Army, men = male, and female, not pronouns.) I made a point that I would not be embarrassed by speech, or writing.. It's annoying for me to hear over, and over again..

  3. Creighton Waters and SLED agent Rudofski going over times… At time 48:21 (+or-), they are talking about the LAST activity/notification on Paul's phone. Look at Alex's face….surely looking at Creighton Waters. What a vengeful, creepy, scary looks he's making/giving.

  4. while at his mums alex must have remembered some evidence he had not cleared up..otherwise why rush back to murder scene? what ever it was seems he hid it in his house. The going to his house for gun to protect himself is a cover for the real reason..

  5. 20 seconds from finding g bodies to call cops…nonsense. And any sane innocent person would not hang around a brutal murder scene. they would get away quick in case any killer was still around. They would get to a safer area BEFORE they call cops

  6. The 2 shooter theory does not clear Alex. It is still clear that Alex was one of the shooters. The 2 gun theory…one jammed, clearly the shotgun was out of ammo, or he tried to make it look like 2 shooters. The odd angle of her wound….she lunged at him and he drew back, tripped, and fired from the ground. Whoever got rid of the guns for him was likely one of his drug connections, dead or out of the country shortly thereafter.

  7. Being Alex is a lawyer, he knows what he needs to do to divert suspicion from himself. The fatal shot from a low angle at Paul’s shoulder. Taking Maggie’s phone and not Paul’s. Placing Paul’s phone on his butt. Why wouldn’t he have just phone his mom’s caregiver and say is Mom awake I was thinking of coming over. She would have said no she’s sleeping. Therefore no need to go! Seems like he geared everything in case this got played that he was a suspect he geared everything he did to place the seed for “reasonable doubt “

  8. if they ever make a film out of this, it's gonna be called "Murder In Slow Motion" – this evidence is just overwhelming. What was AM thinking?
And the snap even shows the shirt he was wearing that day, just as Blanca was saying in her witness statement.

  9. I find it quite interesting how Alex reads a group text on the night of the murders at 10:22:09 from Michael Gunn, with associated pic of female in bikini 👙 that stated, “She brought the heat from Miami boys”, yet he DID NOT read the group text from John Marvin related to his dying father!! Talk about priorities! And I thought the whole point of Maggie joining him at Moselle was to visit his dying father! Crystal clear now!!!

  10. Why has no one asked why when he drove to Alameda did he park on the grass area and not the driveway. He could have been getting rid of evidence in the trees/grounds, and also the police never got a warrant to search that property, why?

  11. Alex really thought he would not be considered a suspect. lol. God really know how to make a FOOL out of you.! Busted. I really don't need to see anymore! It's a Wrap for me! This better not be a OJ get away!

  12. Hidden in PLAIN SIGHT: Two items not investigated: the Murdaugh cemetery gravesight (Alex's dad, Maggies grave site or Paul's. A perfect place to hide guns/clothes. ALSO, The golf bag that traveled with Alex to Florida- a perfect time and place to transport guns/clothes before he became a suspect. This is the most Obvious place to hide something and several days before he became a suspect. PROSECUTING ATTY'S – SHOULD HAVE LOOKED THERE FIRST.

  15. Alex did it for sure and he thought about it for a long time he made a cold choice to kill them he just saw them as problems to be taken care of . and i bet maggie knew she should have left him a long time ago . so sad ladies do not bury your head in the sand it can really cost you .
