  1. I am starting to have questions about the competence/education of the police at the crime scen.
I am from Europe so I do not know what US police learn at police collage, but I would think securing a crime scene is part of the basics.

  2. Just before the jury came back, Creighton asked if there would be any objection to recalling witnesses for the limited purpose of testimony about the roadside incident. Maybe Ronnie's secret convo was about that? 💜

  3. It doesn't surprise me that she stopped verifying the candidate features after confirming 38 on the inside. You only keep confirming them if there's a reason to do so and once the count is "off the charts" so to speak, there's no further information to be gained by confirming more. It's a sampling thing and with her experience, she would know what is necessary to show basically direct contact with a gun or being worn near gun fire.

  4. When they asked about reserving the right to recall a witness, were they speaking about Ronnie? Maybe that is why they didn't ask him about the June 10th secret conversatio🤷🏼‍♀️

Unless that has already been figured out some point beyond where I am in the replay at this moment and I haven't seen it yet. Lol

  5. I can’t stop thinking about the attorney asking AM’s mothers care taker about her family and asking them to stand in court, That scares me. This is obviously a powerful family and that felt really intentional. I would be scared of what I said.

  6. I went back and rewatched the housekeeper's testimony. She said he was talking about the amount of time that he claims he was at his mother's. The reason she says it bothered her enough to call her brother was because she believes that he was not there for that length of time. Nowhere in her testimony did she ever say that he told her to say that he was there 30-40 minutes.

  7. I really feel like the jury will not convict. The prosecution has just done a mediocre job. They’ve confused the shit out of all of us. The main prosecutor seems to enjoy the fact that he’s got evidence about the financial crap Alex did and his focused on hanging Alex out to dry. The worse part is how the lead prosecutor is so mean and pushy to his witnesses. It’s nuts.

  8. The clue that’s driving me mad because no one seems to mention it : it’s not the voice and is it Alex .. it’s what man knows Bubba well enough to keep saying Bubba and be there at the time of the murders … it’s impossible that a killer would arrive at the kennels reprimand the dog for having a chicken it it’s mouth and NOT be AM.. why do people focus on the sound of the voice and completely overlook the words he’s saying ? Thank you

  9. Ugh… Love a completely unbiased commentary.
    Commentary :
EVERYTHING prosecution does is annoying. CREIGHTON.
EVERY question defense asks is so smart. GOOD QUESTION Dick!
NORTHERN COMPANY!! HAHAHAHAHA HAHAHA! so funny… So funny.

It's been such a completely unbiased commentary. 🤦🏾‍♀️

  10. I almost find the lack of GSR more strange then if it was everywhere.

On a hunting property, guns and things everywhere, people defo not up on keeping things clean and secure, why so little?

  11. The seat belt may be important if have a record of a car detailing that day and Alec saying he was not touching a weapon until after he discovered the body – this may hurt his timeline then- this testimony is so disjointed they need to really do a major line up before jury judges

  12. I know we don't want to speculate, but the lack of evidence is grabbing at so many straws. Like, i wonder now if AM come clean with his family and they disapproved, so in a rage, he turned on them? He was stressed with his fathers situation and having just been questioned by his CFO… But then, if he used the first 300 black out that "disappeared" that screams premeditated? What purpose is there for premeditated murder?

Maybe if the money he stole went to accounts in their names for the boat case, he would benefit? But there's no suggestion he disliked his family enough to put greed above their lives?

What if he was involved in something bigger than him? Paying off goons and couldn't keep up payments so they showed up and did the deed to punish him???

Argh!!! My brain is killing me lol
