  1. Watching this angry white man is like watching a case study on an insane man in a very long term behavior health facility where medication would be pointless. Maybe an exorcism by fire. 🤔

  2. This guy Alex Jones is a pathetic excuse for a human being! He's not sorry for what he did and the monetary amount isn't going to bankrupt or stop him because he's still profiting from.it!! And he doesn't care about anyone but himself. He acts like the courts and these families are now INCONVENIENCING him! I can't stand the way some people think.

  3. Chaos creatures groveling in their lies and deceit. Creeps with no morals, no ethics, no conscience, no compassion… the most selfish, power-hungry monster in the MAGA universe other than king tRump.

  5. Why is this taking so much time and tax payers money. He is guilty, it is not in disputed. All that is in dispute is how much money he made off the back of the lies and conspiracy theories and how much suffering it has caused to the victims either directly or indirectly. Cross examination of Alex Jones is largely a waste of time,. If tit gets heated or long winded or personal it just provides more nonsense for his media outlet to peddle. In my view the questioning of him has not been surgical enough. We need it to be much shorter, more to the point and more fact based, focusing on the three core issues about his wealth and damage caused by him and culpability for damage caused to the victims by other parties that Jones has responsibility for. Freedom of speech brings with it responsibility of speech, you can say whatever you want, but you are responsible for what you say.

  6. I think all trump supporters should sue biden for defamation for what he said in his last speech. It's already gotten a young man killed. So, it's done more damage than what Jones said. Just a fact…

  8. I'm legitimately curious how many of these families are just climbing onto the bandwagon out of greed and not out of grief. Everyone is stalwart until millions of dollars are on the table in front of them. Suddenly morals go out the window.

  10. Just because someone says something false about a public event doesn't mean the statement about that person is defamatory. The question is whether the false statement had the effect of defaming a person in the public eye. I, personally, believed the Sandy Hook story was true and not a hoax. If Alex Jones said it was a hoax, that diminished his reputation as far as I was concerned. The idea that the event was a hoax was completely unreasonable. It was not a hoax. The people who were supposedly defamed by his false statement were not defamed in my estimation and a damages figure of $50,000.00 for a single life is beyond preposterous.

  11. I would contrast this defamation suit with Nick Sandmann's suit against CNN. There is no question that CNN 's reporting of Nick Sandman was false and that their reporting ruined his reputation in the entire world. He literally had to fight, at great expense to himself, to get the truth out. It took many days, even months, before CNN retracted its false statements. George Zimmerman in the Trayvon Martin case and Darren Wilson in the Mike Brown case, still suffer from MSM false reporting, even though George Zimmerman was declared not guilty by a public trial and Darren Wilson was never indicted. Alex Jones was known to be on the fringe. His statements were beyond belief and did not have the tendency to damage anyone's reputation in the community. No one was actually damaged by his false statements because no one's reputation suffered in the community at large as a result of his false statements.

  12. I think AJ has a straightforward strategy here: He knows he'll lose these lawsuits big time anyway and that the plaintiffs' lawyers will soon start seizing whatever assets they can get hold of.
So my guess is that he uses the lawsuits as advertising platform – and is preparing to shift his business outside the grip of US jurisdiction.
I suspect he'll fly to some sunny island, rent a studio, broadcast his poison from there and have his merch mailed to his fans by third party contractors while payments are channelled to offshore accounts. Peddling stuff on the internet is a pretty mobile business model after all.
His creditors, ex-wives (present and future) and the plaintiffs would then have to fight for some overpriced merchandise left in his US warehouse and perhaps one or two pieces of real estate decorated in his exquisite taste while he freely racks up fresh money abroad.
I hope that criminal charges are also pressed against him and his passport is taken to prevent this.

  13. Remember when George W Bush jr lied about WMDs in Iraq to get this USA in a war, which resulted in the deaths of millions. The lies told by world 'leaders' make Alex Jones look like nothing in comparison. Do some real justice and free Julian Assange, who is someone who told the truth but got imprisoned instead.

  14. When I see the behaviour and attitude of this "judge" and "atty" Mattei, they starkly remind me of the EXACT attitudes and content of character of the guards & SS at Auschwitz. This IS how it begins
