This is wonderful so far. I can’t believe I’m just now subbing. Did my meditation/yoga with this playing and was able to untwist my spine, reawaken small muscles, unpinch nerves, awaken manipura chakra while still actively working on svadhishthana, and solve an internal fear/problem about handling a spontaneous life decision. A lot of that happened during the “walking through the fire” chapter. Wow.
