I didn’t set out to make a historical Alaska class but that’s kinda what ended up happening. We also really need a ship like her, the French seem to have some effective destroyer and heavy cruiser designs that are causing trouble. Will the Alaska’s even be ready in time?

The rear gun on the Alaska is blocked by those 2 bofors on the back
Looks like the 40mm guns on the very back of the Alaskas messes with the firing arc of the X turret
I think the 4 stacker Scout Cruiser has been my favorite ship this cycle. Classic american look, and so useful.

I thought I noticed this during the last… two videos, I'd say? But the gunnery once again feels very off to me. Mind you, this is just a feeling, and just from watching the videos, but there's some points where it seems quite noticeable.

On the heavy cruiser you designed, you can move your front funnel forward and the. Move the rear funnel forward to free up space on your secondary tower
Its a shame that Rocket keeps missing these big fleet clashes and the chance to go out in glorious combat

At 44:00 "you cannot tell them to do convoy duty". I noticed if you double-click on a task force, you can change their role from sea control to defend (or invade). I'm not experienced enough in the game to know if this actually has any significant effect.
The 40mm at the back of the Alaska class are blocking the rear 12" gun

the small guns in the tubs don't interfere with the turrets IF you use the official hull mounting points for the turrets. But will interfere if using the tower provided ones or placing them with shift-click.
After seeing the bridgeport battle it seems that the 1.5 inch of extended amour will be something that continuously will be a problems. Even if you cant amour against ap the ai's love of capped ballistic he and heavy shells will mean only destroyers will struggle to take out your heaver ships.
If the game forces you to accept a battle it shouldn't be allowed to run away!
Easter Island is a good name for a ship.
