The only thumbs up I have given to a Kimmel clip.
Whether he’s cast for the role or not, I see a Batman/Bruce Wayne in Alan Ritchson. Physical-wise, he’s similar to Kevin Porter’s type of Batman. Not to mention, Batman & Reacher are oddly similar in terms of investigative & combat experience (not saying they're one-to-one the same). So I think Alan Ritchson can pull it off.

He's certainly captures the sheer size and presence that is a major part of the character of Jack Reacher due to the fact that Alan Ritchson is 6' 3" and 240 lbs something that little 5' 5" Tom Cruise could never be.
