Arrests?? Were thieves airport workers? Was other stolen luggage identified and recovered? Is this part of a larger problem at the airport? If you are going to tell the story, tell the story. This is lazy reporting.

Dont think airport security doesnt have footage of the thief. Usual suspects are most likely to blame, which is why they arent putting faces to names..
