  1. So let me get this straight. There were no permits issued and no certificate of occupancy yet the judge let her continue occupying the unit? Makes a whole lot of sense! Bunch of whack jobs

  3. The judge and Da need to be fired. This law is corrupted and not fair. How could the home owner has less rights in this case? The law needs to be changed. Ridiculous and very upsetting!

  4. When there is system that supports thieves and criminals this is a manifestation of that. I have voted blue my entire life but I am ready to go to the next one. I am fed up with these useless politicians. Time to reclaim rule of law back.

And after they pumped all those bugs in there if that doesn't get her out you get about 10 different knock off really cheap cologne and pump that into the holes she'll have a migraine for now till the next century

  6. If it was me I'd have cameras up as soon as the jerk lady left to go to the store, I would change the locks, I would put up an instant fence around the front of the property I would put all of her belongings in a storage unit and give her the key

And there's no way in hell I would let her back in

I would get security// armed security

  7. That judge is absolutely at fault for the ruling and he should appeal it. There is every legal standing for an eviction, this guy is going to get suckered out of a lot of $. airbnb advises owners to get legal advise and follow all local rental laws when providing stays over 30 day periods, basically they are not liable for matters like this one

  8. The homeowner deserves it. He was making a quick buck illegally. Now he has to pay the price. Theses millionaires game the system all the time. This is just Karma.

  10. Too LIBERAL!! This would have happened one day and then the homeless, gang members, canines, and myself would be blasting music and pounding on her windows and doors nonstop. I would also get some scorpions to miraculously find their way into her bed. There would be zero peace until she was crawling out of that house.. I would then move myself in and continue torturing this vermin to leave. I would have cameras in all the common areas. I doubt this chick could survive an hour with my malintent. I am Italian andvI go hard when someone wrongs me. This guy lost thousands because of this bottom feeder. Shame on him for not doing the most to get her out!!!
