Why would a vet have an intact dog that she appears not to be breeding? While getting Homer fixed is a good step, the locals should be getting their female dogs fixed, and the vet should be setting the example. Why would you torture a dog by letting them want it without ever letting them have it?
This guy didn’t want his dog fixed because to him it like taking of his testicals. I hate dogs and cats in heat they are so annoying.
