i have a feeling we will see anakin again with ashoka saying skyguy
Basically a very big amount of fan service, but it's it's a very cool episode! Love the reaction! 😊❤
I’m very hopeful they keep exploring balanced anakins story line
Did you guys saw the diference on jedi anakin and vader on wielding the lightsaber???
Anakin switching up was cool. I don't know about you, but I could watch younger Ahsoka and Anakin episodes now. I know we got the animation, but I'd love to see a live action one with stories no one has seen yet. More relationships with the clone soldiers also. I think as Vader says, "The Force shall sustain me!", she was sustaining herself in the water and probably tapped into the Force and instead of Anakin's force ghost walking up he showed up in her mind instead, when she needed help.
The World Between Worlds wasn't a figment of her imagination. That was Anakin.
Ahsoka: "I won't fight you." Anakin: "I've heard that before." <- yeah, from Luke. I doubt Luke would've gotten into that kind of detail about his encounter with Vader on Death Star II when talking to Ahsoka.
He also says that he wasn't familiar with the Siege of Mandalore – which makes sense, as he was busy killing Dooku around that time.
The question is did Anakin yonk her bodily into TWBW, or just her conscience and the Force kept her alive in the water – but she wasn't dreaming/imagining. She was there and conscious of it, somehow.
That episode was EVERYTHING!!! Hayden is amazing
I loved her in clone wars, to see a live action young her, especially during the siege of Mandalor is just pure perfection. The young actress did AMAZING.
This episode did things to me that i wasnt ready for
Arianna was masterclass
Terrible show. Painful viewing. Absolute CRAP. Lucas must feel shame for selling Star Wars. Disney is so WOKE and has ruined a great show.
Seeing Ahsoka finally get the closure and acceptance she needed to move past the legacy of Anakin was so phenomenal. Her demeanor this whole series and even in Mandalorian refusing to train Grogu spoke to how much Anakin's turning affected her. Her fear of what happened to Anakin and what that meant for her legacy has driven her, not her desire to save Ezra or her care for her friends. This was really exemplified in her transformation after speaking to Anakin, her joy and peace in every moment felt so beautiful to see. "You're more than that because I'm more than that" really spoke to both Ahsoka's perception of Anakin as well as our own, and felt like such a ceremonious message for such a beloved Star Wars character.
This is an amazing episode , Despite not having Baylen and Shin in this one I thought they totally nailed it and there I was thinking last weeks episode was the seasons best . Clone Wars and Rebels every season is on Disney + . I still prefer Andors gritty grounded vibe but this is definitely up there with Mandalorian ( first two seasons anyway , S3 was pretty weak . ) the actress who plays young Ahsoka is Ariana Greenblatt who also played youg Gamora in Avengers Infinity War she is great.
I finally got to watch this last night and now I get to watch all of you react just as I did. Such badass joy!
Hi, Steven. If you didnt watch clone wars season 7, especially last arc, i highly recommend it.
21:29 it’s funny when I first saw this scene one other scene popped in my head from Episode 3 when Yoda told Obi-Wan to not look at the security recordings that all he’d find is hurt. They did do an awesome job with young Ahsoka. She’s the same actress that played young Gamora in Infinity Wars and she also played in the new Barbie movie.
Star wars is my life
Just a comment. World between World is a place where the mind goes right before the body die. If your mind is not strong enough, your body gets separated from mind. Force wielders have special skills to go to this place because of their force ability. That is why Jedi has ability to become force ghost and be in place like WBW even their body is intact.
I think that because Anakin is a part of the living force now (a force ghost) he utilized the World Between Worlds construct to teach Ahsoka to let go of her fears of becoming like him. But that’s just my interpretation of what happened, could be totally off base but hey, theories lol
Now, I wonder if the force doesn’t exist in this other galaxy.
Never stop fighting. Anakin stopped fighting and gave in to the darkness.
Clone Wars is still my favorite Star Wars content. The emotional payoff of the finale can’t be beat. If nothing else I would recommend you both watch at least the final few seasons. Neither of you will regret it. You will be moved.
I think your force energy can go to the world between worlds and you are there but she could still have been in the water. Or maybe she was actually in the world between worlds but her force energy was in the water since Jacen could hear it. I think that even though Ezra went there "physically" you could still go there spiritually too. It's a place of knowledge and memories.
The interaction between Ashoka and Anakin was perfect and that purrgil sequence at the end was magical 🙂 Best episode yet 🙂
I think the world between worlds is the nexus between life and death. It is a place without time. It can be said that what Ezra found initially was just part of that nexus, as we can see in this episode there are multiple pathways throughout it. I dont think it was in her head and believe anakin was there as the chosen one. Like star wars theory said in one of his videos. Hes a guide to keep the balance and he was there to remind ashoka that she does have a purpose besides surviving.
Firstly I love watching you guys, I came for your GOT & have stayed for so much more. I couldn't wait for you both to post seeing this episode (watched your reaction a couple of times now). Thank you. 2nd I am loving this show, I know folks have been feeling like it's moving fast enough for them but to me it's like they have forgotten she's been working in the shadows for a couple of decades & she only learned who Vadar was later. I see this episode as Anakin giving her the last of trials, the one were they must face their biggest fair/look in the mirror. & he's doing it in sooooo typical Anakin fashion…his way. He's there, but as a force spirit or as a new incarnation of the "Father" of the Mortis god I'm not even going to guess on (cause 1, I'll make my self nuts, 2 If he has somehow become the "Father, (the balance) Ashoka is the "Daughter" who will be the "son….see already nuts…don't get me started on the books)…. Anyway, thank you for sharing, & giving me another outlet to enjoy some of my favourite shows.
I like to think Ahsoka realy was in the world between worlds, and she realy did meet Anikin there, who came to give her closure, to let go of the guilt she carried for leaving her master and the path he took. You can tell she feels lighter after that experience, she smiles more, and ofcourse shes wearing the white.
Why was it so SO awesome; 1. Anakin made her face her greatest fear, was she going to turn out like him. No. She doesn't kill him. 2. He kept her alive long enough for the rebels to find her. 3. She finally accepted her path, who she is… Hence the white clothes (Ashoka the White) so her training IS over. FILONI is a god of TV!
Ok, I’m running out of superlatives for this show.
