We stand and support the Actors and Writers that are on strike. Without them we wouldn’t have any of the films or shows we love or grew up with. They transport us to new worlds, wonder us with beautiful stories, challenge our minds, open us up to other perspectives, and allow us to reflect inward about ourselves and the world we inhabit. Without them, this channel would not exist and I will use it to help spread awareness of why they are striking, why it matters, and how you can help.

Yo i might be first
I loved this show so far. Looking for the rest of the episode's.
Yeah I see it as Sabine got immediate medical care meanwhile Qui-Gon had to lie there, slowly dying, while Obi-Wan finished off Maul. Sabine passed out after a couple of seconds but what's impressive is that Qui-Gon were able to stay conscious long enough to talk to Obi-Wan before passing away.
Right after the episode i think it was slow. But now that it has sunk in we got alot information. The opening was very Star Wars. We have alot to talk about on Saturday ❤️
I really liked it, looking forward to the next episode
I know you don’t like spoilers and, while I don’t have any insider info or anything, I do have what I think is a nearly ironclad (I’ll say I’m 90% sure) theory about who Marrok is, and it DEFINITELY isn’t Ezra. I don’t want to just post my (super long) theory if you’d prefer not to see it, though.
My first Clancy Brown movie was Bad Boys. The 1982 joint with Sean Penn not the buddy cop movie with Will Smith and Martin Lawrence
Weren't Yuuzhan Vong extragalatical. Also is extragalatical a word or did I just make that up.
I love how you pointed out the distinct between the lightsaber styles of Baylan and Shin, I didn't even think of it that deep when I watched it, but it makes sense.
Clancy Brown has been one of my favorite actors; since I saw him way back in The Highlander movie. He was awesome then, and is still awesome to this day. Him and Connor were my favorite part of Detroit Become Human
I too thought about Raiders of the Lost Arc, when Ashoka took the map of its pedestal.2I even said in my dad from Friday voice "Better put a bag with some sand in bag on that damn shit."
Sorry I'm commenting so much I'm just really excited about this show.
Clancy Brown for the WIN! The first thing I saw him in was Highlander (as a kid in the 80s).
That's what I got; that the end of episode 2; wasn't the end of Rebels, but a return to what should have been.
YES! I have always thought that Qui-Gon was a goated jedi and allowed himself to become one with the force, unlike every other character who has been stabbed and would will there way to stay alive long enough to get help.
Regarding the reddish-orange sabers it might just be some sort of artistic decision (like Mace Windu debuting purple as a colour) and it's unclear whether or not there really is a lore explanation for it.
Since this is Star Wars, an explanation can always be retroactively be put in later. In fact, that whole lore element of red coming from 'bleeding the crystal' was retroactively inserted. Prior to that, people assumed the lore still followed the old explanation of red coming from synthetic crystals. Ahsoka could also turn red sabers white via a further extra lore element about the ability to purify a crystal, and Anakin could change Ahsoka's old lightsabers from green to blue.
Basically just think of lightsabers as RGB glowsticks now. If you're working on a new star wars project and you need a saber to change colour, just invent a new lore reason and as long as it doesn't sound too stupid like using a spinning lightsaber as a helicopter rotor to fly, the fans generally won't mind.
Since you mentioned the music, I just love what Kiner's done with these first two episodes! The variations on Ahsoka's and Sabine's themes are brilliant and even the few notes of Thrawn's theme we hear have got me looking forward to hearing it in full force once he makes his grand entrance.
Good point regarding the music. Fallen Order and Survivor (the latter especially) are really building up the genres that Star Wars can dabble with.
I think the ending of Ep 2 is indeed the finale of Rebels. During the opening scene of Lothal in Ep 1, Ryder announced that the mural is being dedicated to commemorate the Battle of Lothal. This means the mural is newly commissioned, so it's not possible for Ahsoka and Sabine to have met at that location with the mural standing years ago.
Also, the mural scene in the Rebels finale was accompanied by Sabine's narration about her realisation that Ezra is out there, and he's counting on her to bring him back. Considering that the Rebels crew had assumed both he and Thrawn to be dead, this couldn't have happened years ago.
7:53 Omni: "Whoops!"
Me, instinctively: "Whoopsie!"
Well, there are things you can survive without for a short time… and things you can't.
Qui-Gon got stapped in a way where it was to late by the time the fight was over.
Dodging an attack by jumping 15 feet away works.
Dodging an attack by moving the body part that would have been hit 15 inches works too.
One of the 2 looks more agile, the other doesn't waste energy ^^
I am completly with you on the "A Master moves only as much as needed" train.
You are right with the reshooting of the Epilog.
The whole Ceremony was to unveil the thing, so it HAS to be the end of Rebels.
I agree with @Omn1Media. I think Qui-Gon wanted to be one with he force.
Lol, your kitty is like, "Dad, you gonna stop talking and pay attention to me, or what?" 😹 Beautiful cat!
I love the music, I love the creepy vibes Shin gives off, let's face it, I'm loving everything about this show!
I was surprised by how awkward the fight scene was with Sabine and Shin. Especially with the slowness and awkwardness coming from Sabine's actress. She's a blackbelt in two martial arts, one of which highly uses weaponry, and also trained extensively in sword play for months when she shot the second Crouching Tiger film. Given all that I can only think that it was intentionally shot that way.
I agree with you a 100%, I think this two episodes are fantastic 😉
Darth Mal aside: stabbed through the chest = fatal, stabbed in the gut = survivable.
