Agents in Peru sprang into action to rescue a dog that was stranded in a swollen river. Video shows one of the agents with a rope tied around her waist stepping into the river and getting the dog back onto dry land.

Thiz is proof we are evolving. 15-20 years ago no government agency would bother. I remember and i qas youngeish and a fure fighter put a smal kitten in his air mask and boy o boy a couple of the news ancors pitched a fit. Next thing theres another and the next was horses being saved it really snowballed and im glad
