  1. I'm just up the road from you in Greenville, been detecting about as long as you have. The silvers are getting harder and harder to find, absolutely. I got my first sand scoop for Christmas, so I'm going to branch out and do more beach detecting. 🙂

  2. Back in the '60s when I was a boy we had a couple of those metal record adapters. The first record I remember "owning" when I was a kid was that ubiquitous Halloween song, Monster Mash on "45" and I always used one to play it. Now that was nostalgic. I've not seen one in 55 years.
