  4. Hey bro, great review. You know I feel that way too. She is the only musician who has ever been able to make me smile and cry at the same time. I have never known another artist who could broadcast emotion the way she does, through her voice, her eyes, her facial expressions, her body movements, her fingertips on whatever instrument she is playing, and in other manners I have no idea what they are. Every single song goes straight to my heart on the way to my soul.

  8. You definately haven't seen the movie where this song is from. Against all Odds (1984) is about an ex football player (played by Jeff Bridges) who gets the assignment to find the mistress (Rachel Ward) of a nasty nightclub owner and in doing so he falls in love with her. The ending is heartbreaking with this song and I'll always remember it. Emily is doing a great job here, but there's no pain in her voice. Not if you've seen the ending of that movie with this song and Phil Collins voice ✍️❤👍
