  1. Wander, be nice to your wife. She's had to make so many sacrifices that a lot of female game devs after her didn't have to suffer through. Also, in order to be an indie dev, you can't make games too expensive. This game being Japanese thus not needing to follow the rules of most indie developers due to not being indie devs. Makes Dust & Neon seem more reasonable in price though and I'm sure Void Terrarium 2 is about building stuff for the uncorrupted little girl in stasis. 🙂

  2. having played the first game lets just say a detached arm is VERY minor compare to some of the different sicknesses and cure style in first game like growing feathers, being half melted then jello mold into shape, arm size parasite, etc.

  3. I really like that gameplay. I recall a surprisingly deep mobile game "Gumballs & Dungeons" with vaguely similar floor/level progression with meta.

Although a free mobile game with monetisation, you could have hours and hours of fun on it before the typical "mobile game progression wall".

Didn't like the "collect the 75 different gumballs with obscure trigger events and grrrriiiiinnnnding for days for each, or pay what will blow over $5000 in monetized game currency".

But at that point you had been playing for so many hours, uninstall and pick another game.
